Pecorino über alles

Simone Capecci is one of the young winemakers who are playing a key role in the rebirth of Piceno wines. His vineyards are in the areas of Acquavina Picena and Offida, among the best for winegrowing in the region. While the area is best known for its reds, there is also a long tradition of producing white wines beginning with Pecorino. Being a convinced champion and protector of local varieties, Simone could not overlook this grape and he has become a point for reference for this wine.
