<p>Colletorto 100% olive variety. Continuous cycle production system. Medium fruity. It has an intense limpid golden yellow color with slight green hues. Its aroma is ample and rotund, rich in vegetal hints of chicory and artichoke, together with fruity notes of unripe tomato, banana and raspberry. Its taste is complex and fine, with a flavor of lettuce, artichoke, black pepper and a note of aromatic herbs, especially mint, rosemary and sage. Bitterness is distinct and pungency is definite.</p><p>10-12 euros the lt. 0,500 bottle.</p>
