The frame is the unique one of history and of the sea: Brindisi seafront panorama is completed by the archaeological charm of Roman ruins.

Numero Primo is Tenute Rubino’s wine house, positioned on Brindisi’s seafront where you can enjoy refined and genuine cuisine, original creations fruit of local products. Each dish expresses a modern and original interpretation of Salento, blending the simplicity of tradition with the elegance of modernity. Moreover, every dish is paired with its perfect partner, the Tenuta Rubino’s wine recommended by Numero Primo’s sommeliers.

Competence, communication skills and quality of service are the requirements that the family has requested to its staff and that Romina takes care of through a constant training. With their smile they welcome guests, many of them foreigners, to lead them by the hand in a sensorial journey that through food and wine leads to the discovery of Salento, a territory placed among the most beautiful wine tourism destinations of the world.
