Save the date: Wines for every pocket 2023
On Saturday, November 26, the third edition of Wines for every pocket by DoctorWine, the pocket guide dedicated to wines with a good quality/price ratio, will be presented in Milan.
DoctorWine has always paid special attention to wines that are worth drinking without the need to splurge, that is, those wines that have a favorable quality/price ratio. We are fortunate to live in a country where within 15 euros you can buy excellent wines, and even if you want to stay within 10 there is an embarrassment of riches to bring delicious wines to the table. And not just whites, as one might think, even among the reds and rosés there are plenty of wines that won't melt the credit card. There is even some bubbly!
Our selection will soon be available in the third edition of the pocket guide Vini per tutte le tasche (soon on pre-sale in our shop), and this year to present it to wine lovers, operators and the press we will hold a fine tasting, the first in Milan, at the Principe di Savoia hotel.
About fifty producers, from all over Italy, will present for tasting the wine we have selected in this guide plus two others of their choice. For the first time, it will also be possible to buy them directly from the producer during the tasting booth. If a wine has particularly impressed you, what are you waiting for? Buy it directly during the tasting and take it away with you.
Participating in the tasting and leafing through the pages of this booklet you will find plenty of suggestions for satisfying, intriguing and often unknown drinking, ranging mainly in the sphere of wines produced with local grapes, typical of the different regions, but with some encroachment even among international grape varieties. In short, there is something for all tastes and budgets, all you have to do is attend the tasting desk and delve into the reading.
