A 100% Pinot Noir wine the grapes for which were harvested during the first ten days of September. This is the estate’s top shelf wine. It has a slightly pale ruby color with purple reflections. The presence of red fruit is strong, the acidity is balanced and the tannins are soft. Excellent to pair with even complex meat and fish dishes.
