Equal blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Nero grapes. Matures 100 months on the yeasts. Bright golden yellow color, very elegant bubbles. Rich and complex aromas of elder, cedar and lemon curd, fresh almond and grilled bread. Enveloping taste, creamy, notes of hazelnuts but with a hint of eucalyptus, very long, pleasant savory finish with notes of ripe citrus.
