    Blend of 70% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Nero grapes. Classic method, 72 months on the yeasts. Elegant con continuous bubbles. Complex aromas of yeasts and hints of flint, then yellow plum, white peach and wild flowers. Creamy taste, soft bubbles, nice, agile body well sustained by acidity. Very long finish.
