Popular opinion is that this is the best Burson but for me the wood used for aging and the sweet spice notes it creates are a little over the top. Overall, the wine is clean with a nice floral component and a discreet one of fruit, although the use of wood was not precise and it shows. Experience should resolve this defect. The flavor, on the other hand, is spot on with nice tannins and a fine progression. Sweet spice and floral notes return in the aftertaste.
