    The harvest of this vintage was very early after a cold winter, mild spring and a hot and dry summer. After 25 years it has a garnet color that is slightly orange on the edge. It is a very intact wine with an ethereal aroma that unveils, in succession, black pepper spice, a touch of tar, tobacco, walnut husk, incense and a mentholated note before a bouquet opens to recall a potpourri. The mouthfeel is lively and consistent, with a nice pungency and lovely delicate tannins. A balanced wine, very persistent. Tridimensional.
