The wine is made from Sangiovese grapes and ages in barriques for around a year. It has an intense, ruby-garnet color and wrapping, floral aromas with scents of black cherry, spice and accents of sweet wood. The mouthfeel is full, composed, fine and crisp from an excellent acidity, taut, agile and saline. The finish is supple and warm with a nice persistence.
