Made from Sauvignon with 80% maturing in stainless steel and 20% in large barrels. The wine has a bright, yellow-green color with aromas typical of the varietal, boxwood and tomato leaf, followed by hints of flint. The mouthfeel is agile and full, saline and very pleasing, nicely upheld by the acidity and the finish has excellent persistence.
