A blend of 70% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot Noir made using the traditional method sitting over ten years on the lees. The wine has a straw-yellow color and an effervescence with exceptional finesse. The assorted aroma has distinct notes of flint followed by those of yellow plum and fragrant scents of yeast. The mouthfeel is taut, with a creamy bubbles and great finesse, an excellent acidity and a composed body with an excellent persistence.
