Made from only Bianchello grapes, the wine ages on the lees for nine-ten months and then at least six months in the bottle, which has a screw cap. It has a lovely straw-yellow color that is more intense, warm and bright than the previous wine. The aromas are very fresh, more intense than the younger brother with ripe fruit and Mediterranean notes. The flavor is consistent with the aroma and the mouthfeel very clean and persistent and while the alcoholic content it higher, it is not excessive (13.5%). This wine pairs nicely with more sumptuous dishes like ‘rostite di pesce’ (breaded and grilled fish). Annual production: 6,000 bottles.
