Montée de Tonnerre is, for me, the most clamorous historic error of classification and this because more than often there are versions that are even more exciting than most of the official Grand Cru wines. The wine from Ravenau is the greatest interpretation of Chablis, perhaps of all including the Grand Cru. It has a rich, yellow color with golden reflections and the bouquet with immediately opens with notes of orange blossom and with breathing (and an increase in temperature) wonderful scents of white rose emerge in a top-notch aromatic spectrum with smoky and iodine nuances. A wine to drink by the bucket (if you are not driving).
