    70% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Nero. Classic method, 98 months on the yeasts. Shiny golden color and very elegant bubbles. Sumptuous aromas, attractive notes of candied citrus, cedar, peat and butter pastries. Clear and intense taste, juicy and persistent with notes of citrus and pastries together with aromatic herbs in the finish.
