    100% Chardonnay from Maso Pianizza. Matures about 10 months on the yeasts. It confirms to be the a true cuvée prestige. Bright golden straw yellow color with very elegant perlage. Elegant and fresh aromas of mint and lime, anise, cedar peel and lemongrass, with hints of chalk and graphite. Sparkling taste, vibrant and dynamic with a very balanced structure, savory, harmonic and incredibly persistent. It will evolve magnificently.
