Made from Pinot Bianco grapes, the wine undergoes spontaneous fermentation and ages for 12 months in large, French-oak barrels. It has a bright, golden color and an elegant and delicate aroma with scents of white peach and wild herbs together with a touch of smokiness. The mouthfeel is saline and persistent with suave notes of spice, white pepper and Mediterranean brush, while the fruit component is crunchy yet juicy. Excellent. Produced only in magnum bottles.
