An unusual blend of Verdicchio and Chardonnay that is worth discovering. It has a nice structure and minerality that make it pleasing and easy to drink. It will be interesting to taste this wine when it is older to see how it evolves. This is the winery’s top white and I expect it to get better with the next harvests. Serve at 13-15°C to not lose its mineral scents. Excellent to pair with fish.
