    The Piedirosso grapes are from a three-hectare vineyard and are picked by hand. The wine ferments in cherry-wood barrels and ages in chestnut and old barriques. The ruby-red color is intense and bright and the aroma plays on herbal sensations like rosemary and tomato leaf along with those of spice, red fruit and balsamic nuances. The balanced mouthfeel has fine tannins, an excellent acidic tension and a very long finish.
