Sandro Tasoniero is a passionate winegrower who in 2002 invested in his family’s estate in order to produce top quality wines with grapes from Monte Calvarina that grow at an altitude of over 500m above sea level.
The Riserva 2010 ages long (bottles in 2011 and disgorged in September 2016). It has a floral fragrance with notes of chamomile and mimosa as well as those of orange and apple. The mouthfeel has a refined smoky note, a streak of yeast and mango that is not too ripe with some white pepper with a rocky and saline finish.
