A vivacious Freisa from Vietti

A surprising Freisa Vivace from an estate known for its extraordinary Barolo and great Barbera.
The Vietti winery in Castiglione Falletto is run under the firm had of Luca Currado and is famous for its extraordinary Barolo and no less famous Barbera. Freisa Vivace is certainly not the first wine that comes to mind when you think of Vietti and we think that is a mistake.
Luca Currado is deeply in love with this wine to which he pays maniacal care, from selecting the best grapes possible to not using any sulfites and, most of all, in the way he interprets a wine destined to age for a long, very long time.
