The “Made with Love” Farm 2016
The excellent results reached by this farm, an indisputable point of reference in the area, deserve the award for The "Made with Love" Farm. Agricola Paolo Cassini in Isolabona was founded in 1962 by Giovanni Cassini and today is run by his son Paolo, who has aimed at technological innovation to obtain a high quality end product. He owns an advanced oil mill and over 7 hectares of olive grove with 1,300 mainly century-old trees. In the last harvest 250 quintals of olives and 40 hectoliters of oil were produced. There are two Extra Virgin selections, S’ciappau - Gran Cru and the excellent Extremum - Cru, which we recommend.
