Everyone knows Nutella which for generations has been a staple in the lives of Italians and a must for children. Only when one grows up do they discover that there exist other similar spreads which are a whole different story. And while one never forgets their first love, they have to betray it.
I did this with NUTurally, a hazelnut butter from Fratelli Durando, an established family-run agricultural company in Portacomaro, in Monferrato, which dates back to the end of the 19th century.
