Among all these, perhaps in the best exposure with respect to the sun, is Ristorante Caffè Giusti since 1889. Attention to detail and positioned to enjoy the light breeze that cheers patrons every evening, it is an establishment with a definitely family soul. Today Lorenzo Villa and his brother Alessandro, under the watchful professional eye of mamma Cristina, offer an intriguing menu, articulated between traditional dishes and specialty dishes such as oysters of several types or very well presented raw seafood. 

Among the first courses, the Pici Home Made with Nonna Giuliana's ragout and Tagliolini with scampi, coconut milk and mint stand out; in the second courses, on the other hand, I Gamberi al Panko with Passion Fruit Mayo or the Polpo CBT with cream of Scapece zucchini, mayonnaise and sun-dried tomatoes.

But the grand finale is definitely Nonna Giuliana's cream gelato capable of making even non-dessert lovers jump in their chairs.

Seasoning these dishes and recipes handed down over time is a kind, smiling and professional service.

In the summer season, reservations are advisable since many foreign tourists also come from far and wide to "cool off" in the restaurant's terrace.
