A blend produced with many olive varieties: Leccio del corno and Maurino (60%), Grignano (20%), Leccino (10%), Frantoio and Pendolino (10%), picked up in the third part of October. Continuous cycle method. Light fruity. A beautiful intense limpid golden yellow color with delicate green hues. Its aroma is complex and rotund, endowed with fruity hints of white apple and ripe banana, together with aromatic notes of basil and parsley. Its taste is elegant, with an ample vegetal flavor of chicory, lettuce and celery. Bitterness and pungency are complimentary and harmonic, with a sweet almond finish.
