100% Primitivo, matures 9 months in barrique. Very intense ruby red color. Exceptionally elegant nose, despite the alcoholic component. It presents clear and defined fruits, black cherries, spices, cocoa and sweet tobacco. Powerful but tense flavor, great structure well balanced by a refreshing acidity that makes you forget the alcoholic punch and provides elegance to the wine. Thick and velvety tannins with an everlasting finish. One of the best examples of Southern Italian winemaking.
