After 15 years this has a golden color that is still full of life. The aromas are initially brusque and out-of-focus, with a note of pepper seeds that is not very fine and not indicative of the area but that slowly dissipates into a subtle scent of sea water. The mouthfeel is a little thin but full of vitality, without ever being cutting. The aftertaste is herbaceous and has a bit of gingerbread.
This wine is almost impossible to find.
