“Il” Decugnano 2005

It is strange the way Orvieto ages. The change in the color is evident (‘’I cannot guarantee that this bottle and the next one have been well kept,’’ Enzo told me), while the aroma and flavor have maintained their freshness. This is a full and evolved wine and at the center of the mouth there is metallic/honey sensation that will please Chablis lovers and even more those of Orvieto. The aftertaste has cookies in it.

This wine is almost impossible to find.
