La Luna e i Falò 2007

This was a hot year, similar to 2003, with grapes ripening early and making them concentrated. Early harvest and exceptional quality. The wine has a dark, almost black ruby color with garnet nuances. The bouquet is seductive with its scents of dense fruit and chocolate. This returns in the flavor with an excellent concentration of freshly picked cherries. The mouthfeel is dry soft and full-bodied, with an aromatic persistence while in the finish appear light notes of vanilla and marasca cherry.
