A blend of Riesling, Chardonnay, Traminer Aromatic and Sauvignon Bianco, all grown at altitude between 350 and 850 meters above sea level. The grapes are picked at different times and are vinified separately before being blended. The wine is dedicated to his wife Maria Luisa Manna. The bouquet opens with sweet nuances, scents of exotic fruit and citron, peach and yellow flowers, gorse and mint. The mouthfeel, on the other hand, is sharper, citrusy and mineral, deep and distinguished by a long, saline persistence.
