    100% Fiano grapes from a single vineyard at 550 mt above sea level. Stainless steel on the yeasts. Bright straw yellow color. Varied aromas with fresh notes of almond and sage, legant puffs of musk, then dark notes of nut husk and licorice. Surprisingly sharp taste, tense and nervous. Savory and deep finish.
