    This has an intense, golden color that is quite bright for its age. The bouquet recalls a white Graves but not so much for any 'Sauvignon-esque' scents, that are absent, as for the slightly smoky notes, accompanied by buttery and mineral tones that derive from the yeasts. The flavor its truly intense, salty, very balanced, even in regard to its excellent body. The finish is slightly bitter but long and warm.
