Vigna della Congregazione 2009

Here the golden color is intense while the aroma has an initial, wrapping botrytis scent to it followed by an almost 'gassy' note of methane and white summer truffle and even some citrus in the background. There is a hint of sugar residue in the taste but the flavor is more diluted and easy to drink, even if a little more simple than the others. The progression is savory and the length average and slightly bitter.
