‘Armonia’ from Verona
Another brilliant result with a good product for Tenuta Pojana, situated among the hills of Soave and Illasi. Here a family, working with passion and care and using organic methods, run an estate of little more than 3 hectares with 1,500 trees. In the last harvest 100 quintals of olives were produced, with a yield of almost 11 hectoliters of extra virgin olive oil. We recommend the selection proposed to the panel, the Extra Virgin Armonia from Organic Farming.
